THE NEED

We have talked about Free and Fair Elections - elections The People can trust - for decades. We have made lots of progress - dozens of Constitutional amendments, legislation and Commissions - yet we are still in the same place - still wanting for an election process The People trust that reflects their will and solely determines the direction of their Country.

THE CHALLENGE

So, what is standing in our way? Why don't we implement Free and Fair Elections that The People can trust? Unfortunately, it's simple. Here's what it is:

The stakes are high; election results will yield winners and losers. Stakeholders are scared to death to give control to The People and mightily resist losing their power. They think they know what is better for The People than The People know what is best for themselves. And they cannot trust the The People will "get it right", so resort to tricks and shenanigans to get the answer they desire.
The result? Political activists work hard to engineer that elections will remain vulnerable to fraud, and therefore untrustworthy.

THE PATH FORWARD

The success path for The People is to break down barriers erected over decades by the Deep State to rig elections - activists, politicians, bureaucrats, and oligarchs. The path is very difficult because prying their death grip from power will be met with overwhelming resistance.

    Designing a Free And Fair election process presents a challenge with sometimes conflicting goals:

    • Registration that is all-inclusive of legal voters
    • Defeat the innumerable schemes for getting counterfeit ballots into the tally (as well as destroying the "wrong" ballots before getting into the tally)
    • Follow the Constitution, which grants States the right to individually determine how their elections are conducted

    Registration for elections is currently done in silos - thousands of them - that don't talk to each other. And they require action on the part of a voter to become registered. If a voter moves to a new silo they may have to re-prove citizenship and a new search of criminal convictions may have to be performed. We can and must do better.

    We need assurance that the person casting a vote is the person they claim to be.

    The first step is to pass the SAVE America Act, passed by the U.S. House and now in the U.S. Senate. The Act will eliminate most mail-in ballots, a chief opportunity for fraud.

    But poll workers are not experts in signature verification, facial recognition or in spotting fake IDs, nor do they have the time to pursue it.

    When casting a vote a Vote ID Record must be captured showing metrics about when/where the vote was cast, the voter's signed attestation, their photo ID, their photograph, and fingerprint. Not documenting what was voted, but who. Click the thumbnail image to see example ➠

    The Vote ID Record permits subsequent AI forensic analysis to detect fraudulent voters, and patriot citizens can assist by pointing out bad actors that they spot. Those caught will be assured of criminal conviction.

    Provably accurate count of the vote

    America's election process is horribly antiquated. Performed in thousands of silos in the name of "security", the process actually invites and enables fraud.

    Most of all, America's election process is a Rube Goldberg jumble of manual and antiquated processes that invite and are ripe for fraud. Complicated, convoluted, manual ways of completing simple tasks. We can and must do better.

    1. First, there are simple steps that can be taken to boost voters' confidence in the election process
      • When the voter's ballot is tabulated the poll worker could hand the voter a printout of how the tabulator interpreted their ballot. Upon approval by the voter the ballot would be accepted into the system. Click the thumbnail image to see a typical vote printout ➠
      • In America voters are guaranteed a Secret Ballot. However, millions of voters could care less if someone knew how they voted. In fact, many are proud of how they voted and would tell anybody who cared to know. Some post selfies of their completed ballot. Thus, a method of increasing voter confidence in the voting system would be to give voters the option of waiving their right to a Secret Ballot. Alternatively, voters could be provided a place to enter their personal Secret Code of their choosing.
        At home they could enter their Secret Code to see an image of their ballot online along with confirmation of how the tabulator interpreted the ballot. Click the thumbnail image to see how this could be done ➠
    2. Some people prefer hand counting of ballots because they don't trust machines. Not a problem; the solution is simple.
      • Tabulate ballots by machine, then immediately hand them to the hand-count team. Both should get the same exact result. Done.
    3. Current precinct voting processes use machines isolated from the internet. This means that individual machines could be covertly corrupted, making it difficult to detect fraud. Memory storage devices are hand carried to a central location where their information is loaded. The process is untimely, involves fallible human links, and provides a way for bad actors to infect machines.
      • The solution is to use a modern, secure, timely, efficient, straightforward Client/Server implementation of the election process. Like the Registration process, Air-tight interlocking cross-checks guarantee integrity, and automated realtime AI forensic analysis lays in wait for bad actors.

    4. Finally, accuracy of machine count of ballots is frequently challenged. This is the case only because of our antiquated processes that count ballots in silos, making it easy to cheat. Modern processes would eliminate the problem forever. Proof of machine accuracy is blindingly simple. The process is as follows.
      • Pick a sample ballot and count the ballot image by machine 1,000 times. The result should be the same each time.
      • Count the same ballot image by another machine 1,000 times. The result should be the same as the first machine.
      • Count the same ballot image by another brand machine 1,000 times. The result should be the same as the first machines.
      • Count all ballot images from your State's election with multiple machines and multiple brands of machines.
      • Invite bad actors (China, Russia, Iran, ...) to count your State's ballot images by machine.
      • Invite patriot citizen activists to count your State's ballot images by their privately developed machine process.
      Differences, if any, would require investigation to conclusion of the cause. The challenge for an aspiring fraudster is obvious. In order to cheat by machine, all parties have to be in collusion with exactly the same false tabulation of exactly the same ballots. We invite any bad actor to attempt to make that happen. Done.

    Originally only land owners voted in the United States. Generally, white males 21 years or older.

    In the ensuing centuries voting was expanded to include virtually all citizens age 18 or older (see summary list of updates).

    Unfortunately, however, money talks. Clever activists have, over time increasingly diverted the Will of the People to their own special interests. Megadonors, lobbyists, pay-for-play and pay-for-access, activists, hoaxes, lawfare, NGOs, PACs, weaponized agencies, surreptitious misappropriations, and out-of-jurisdiction contribution schemes provide overwhelming financial incentives and contributions, and all want something in return.

    In addition, Fake News propagates partisan propaganda masquerading as objective news, and covertly paid protesters and influencers (Astroturfers) seek to portray widespread organic support for issues that are in fact funded by partisan activists.
